SHIPPING Policy

At Kiara Toy Store, we take great care in delivering the products to you in the best condition.

We fulfill only pre paid orders.

No Cash on Delivery (No COD)

Once order is received, we dispatch the order between 1-3 working days. Any delay in the order dispatch will be notified. 

Orders are shipped and expected delivery date is in between 1 to 15 working days within India depending on locations. 

We partner only with nationally reputed couriers and our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. excluding public holidays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are dispatched from Vasai. General Delivery Timeline is as below:

* Mumbai generally takes 1-3 working days.
* Outside of Mumbai, takes 4-15 working days depending on your location. Interior/rural locations takes time.

We will share the tracking details with the customer once the order is shipped. If at all (in very rare cases) the delivery is delayed (more than above mentioned timelines) by the shipping company due to any reason/s , We  will raise a complaint on their (shipping company) website & take updates from them about the real time location of the parcel. Complaint/Ref number will be shared with the customer.

We will not refund any amount incase of delayed delivery by the shipping company.
