Return and Refund Policy

At Kiara Toy Store, we ensure that every order is dispatched in the best condition.

We are always there for you in case of any doubts/ questions through emails & messages. Please feel free to talk to us.

Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please double check all details, shape, size, price, color etc before finalizing your purchase.

We have a NO RETURN policy. Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Only refund claims can be done. 

Please read the below carefully for refund claims-

• Opening Video is Must - Pls record opening video of the Parcel and show the item clearly and if found damaged ( i.e. damage affects the functionality of the toy) or if the toy is broken, we will refund the amount of that toy within 2 working days. Final decision will be taken by us regarding the refund amount. 

• Any dents or damage on the box of the product cannot be claimed as damaged products. However best we try, sometimes box gets damaged in transit.  Similarly, damaged/torn plastic cover of the toy cannot be claimed as damaged.

• Without an opening video we will be unable to assist you in any kind of issue /situation. Kindly mail at toystorekiara@gmail.com with opening video attached right from opening the main packaging to opening the product without any cuts or pauses in between.

• Opening Video is must in case of wrong products/ missing products too.

• In case you have bought any battery operated products,keep the required batteries ready and then only open the package and record the opening video. Same applies for chargeable product as well. Charging should be done at the same time when you are recording the opening video without any cuts or pauses.

• Any sort of damage claim/missing or wrong product has to be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the order. Post that we would not be entertaining any claims.

Exchange:

• No exchange is allowed under any circumstances.

Return/Refund:

• Refunds (if any) once processed will be credited in 4-6 working days in the same payment mode depending on bank timeline.
