Return and Refund Policy

At Kiara Toy Store, we ensure that every order is dispatched in the best condition.

Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please double check all details, shape, size, price, color etc before finalizing your purchase.

Products once purchased cannot be returned/ exchanged / refunded until there is a major damage to the product & it affects the functionality of the toy. 

Please read the below carefully for replacement (incase of the above mentioned scenario)-

• Opening Video is Must - Pls record opening video of the Parcel right from unpacking the main courier bag till the product is taken out and opened without any pause and cuts . Show the item clearly and if found damaged ( i.e. damage affects the functionality of the toy) , we will replace the item if its available in stock with us or we will give you a store credit to purchase any other item of the same cost. 

• Any dents or damage on the box of the product cannot be claimed as damaged products. However best we try, sometimes box gets damaged in transit.  Similarly, damaged/torn plastic cover of the toy cannot be claimed as damaged.

• Without an opening video we will be unable to assist you in any kind of issue /situation. Kindly mail at toystorekiara@gmail.com with opening video attached right from opening the main packaging to opening the product without any cuts or pauses in between.

• Opening Video is must in case of wrong products/ missing products too.

• In case you have bought any battery operated products, keep the required batteries ready and then only open the package and record the opening video. Same applies for chargeable product as well. Charging should be done at the same time when you are recording the opening video without any cuts or pauses.

• Any sort of damage claim/missing or wrong product has to be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the order. Post that we would not be entertaining any claims.

• While returning the product, you will be responsible for the shipment costs and risks related to the return shipment. Return the product/s within 72 hours of receiving the order. Once we receive your package, necessary quality checks will be done & compared to the opening video and if found genuine, we will dispatch the replacement within 48 hours if stock is available or else we will give you a store credit.
